i need help to rotate images?

hi all of you!
iwonder how to upload image andstay in normal position?? every time i upload inthe diary forum i find all my images upside down

If you made the picture with your phone, upload it to you computer.

Then you can turn your photo, with a programm, then you can post it in a dairy.

I must say, I have never this problem.
