No, you must first earn coins, till the next level, then you are allowed to download a pattern. It will be saved in your iBook, or you must click on the pattern you like and download it later when you have enough coins. :)

lvl90 patterns are available from DIY2 .. it seems to take a long time in the beginning to gain usergroups, but keep on posting, commenting and doing the tasks and youll soon be a high enough level.
