Glowing Ghostly Necklace

Halloween is the favorite holiday in our household.In addition to scary and spooky decorations, I also try to find some that are cute and suitable for younger kids.Found this a while back and decided to make them for "Party Favor" and decorations.Easy and quick to make, and the outcome is better than I expected. The best part is - they are resuable, just insert a new glowstick.I am thinking about making more to make them into a garland for our front porch.
