Problems Downloading - Error Message

I am hoping that someone can help me.I keep getting an error message everytime that I try to downoad a pattern.....I have clicked on the pattern pdf file name and I pay the coins for the pattern but when I click again to download I get an error message that says
"Site Base Settings"
"Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site"

I am not sure why this is happening, everything was fine earlier today......Please help

same happened with me. I just quick for the moment.And then tried again.Hope it will works same with you too

Im getting a message saying I have an error code!! and another that says Im not permitted to download!

The site has problems again, I get errors also, even in free talk and some dairy.
Be patience, Im sure they work on it, the technical team, dont asked the moderators, they can do notting believe me. :)

The site has technical problems, Im sure the technical team are working on it. :)
Dont ask the moderators, they cant help you and also do notting about it.
