Questions about a pattern

Hi, I have questions for the pattern cinnamon the little deer by zip up dreams.The pattern is missing instruction on row 8 of the head.Also, the body row9-1314inc (36).Isn’t that wrong?

Please, next timereport the pattern. Thats weird indeed and that row is really missing. Thank you very much! Ill move that to recycled, unfortunately. Hopefully well get the complete file soon.
