no option to edit coin price

i know the prices are capped according to user level, but what im referring to is that theres absolutely no option available to set the coin price. the attachment uploads and thats it. i dont know what the issue is since ive already uploaded four files and they all had the option to set the coin price. is it possible to upload the file and ask a moderator to set the price for me? From your screenshot I dont see the attachment has actually uploaded properly.
