Mashed potatoes with carrots and onions, a winter meal.

Here is my mashed potatoes with carrots and onions. We use fresh carrots and onion and snipping it, that is the best, instead of buying it in the supermarket.
Normally we use beef in it, but this one is a bit vegan, in the whole is gravy from beef.
We save this in plastic boxes and then in the freezer, if we have a meal without gravy we use it and do it in a glass and in the micro wave till its fluid and hot. Just a tip. :)
