Removing the amount of the bounty before an offer is proposed.

I didn’t understand that when posting a bounty for a pattern, the amount of the bounty is removed immediately....
I would like to know what happens to those coins if there is no reply ever for the bounty?

I am sure I missed something somewhere.

Perhaps it is time to think about Bounty Area.
Ithink the posts should be put in different order every now and then, so, old posts are back on the top of the list.
Because i am quite sure no one will look the Bounty Area until the end. But only the begening of the list.
So ... may be the posts should be changed in rank to be shown.
Waht do YOU think ?

And its not even "automatic", when a bounty pattern is satisfied (uploaded to the site), someone has to report it here: http://www.pindiy.com//forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=375339 so that it gets paid to the uploader.

Reward is here,on site, waiting for pattern uploader. If pattern dont ever show up - coins will be here forever (still waiting for right one ;P )
As you know,we dont talk about real coins here,on the site.

Yes, I posted a bounty for, if memory serves me correctly, 5000 GCs over a year ago and it has not been filled.I really wanted the pattern and hoped it would entice someone to dig through their stuff and find it but alas, was not to be.

Anyway-when you post bounty you have much bigger chance to get the pattern you want :)
