Help - looking for a designer

I am not sure if this is allowed on the free talk area but I would like to submit a Bounty and I dont know the name of the designer. I try to enclose a photo so maybe somebody recognises the style and can help. I often see such doll structure on Pinterest but when I click on the pictures it usually brings to spamming pages.
So, if somebody knows who the designer is, please can you tell me? I shall reward each reply and hopefully we will find out the name. Please, state if you know also if the designer sells the pattern. I really, really, really want to crochet this type of doll. In the past I requested patterns that the designer did not put for sale.

In Bounty area we couldnt accept this kind of search.First you need to find out what pattern this girl use to make this doll ,and then to search for that specific pattern in Bounty area.
