If you talk about "file" in attachment side .... And you want to enter new gold coins ....
When you edit your own post you can not see again file attachments.... But if you upload again any attach or picture , you will see all attachments ....

You arent understanding problem.
I know how upload works
When you upload an image it isnt there to click on to insert.
When you upload an attachment pattern it doesnt have a place to enter coin.
The only way it works is by the workaround pitussa suggested:
Upload as normal then you have to save as draft then go back and do it all over again before it works.
Then you have to delete the first image and attachment upload that did not upload correctly.
Whatever changes were made in the last two days broke the regular process to upload.

You still arent understanding issue :(
When uploading IMAGE it says "click an image to insert it into the content"
There is no image!
Have to SAVE AS DRAFT then reopen to EDIT then UPLOAD image AGAIN
THEN image appears...can click on image to insert
Same thing happens with attachment.
Upload attachment
There is NO BOX to add coin
Have to save as draft AGAIN then reopen to edit upload attachment AGAIN
Then TWO attachments appear with box to add coin.
Add coin amount, delete duplicate upload that DID NOT show coin box first time
The process has to be done MULTIPLE times to get it to work properly.
Yes, I cant upload a pattern, if I upload first the picture, you get the message in it internal errors, you cant enter the content, if you click on that, you will see a Chinees site wich I posted.
