How does the Reward thing work?

Hi mods/anybody

Could you please help me with how the "Rewards" button works. E.g. in the Milli Ni Wonderwoman crochet pattern. Id like to get the pattern, but I dont know what Im meant to do to get it. And what the orange button with "Rewards" means? I click "I answered" but it just posts my comment as usual.

That pattern is in the Bounty section of the board, meaning a member is offering coins if someone posts the pattern to the board.
