Oh, how nice! We also have this tree in my country; it usually blooms in spring, especially through April and May. We have a common name for it; we call it "Paschalia", because its flowers and heavenly smell is all over the place during "Pascha" = Easter Period and we use it to adorn the "Epitaph" on Good Friday.
