I guess I jump in here and ask the same question as most on this thread. How do I get in when I do everything it says to do but it still wont let me in?
I have been trying for three days to get on. Kind of frustrating when you were on the day before without a problem.

I got those security reminders several times now, what is this?
I logged in in Singapore? Very strange, Im in Europe. I changed my pasword and then I was asked to fill in a security question. That didnt work, so I had to press forgot password in order to change my password.
And now, 10 minutes later, I get the same security reminder ...
