How to make movable limbs
Hello!Has anyone ever tried a method to make movable arms or legs on amigurumis?
Ive heard of two methods:
- using plastic joints
- using a thread coming from one side of the toy to the other side and back.
How good are these two methods according to you?
My fear is that in the second method, the thread would break after some time.
What are your opinions? :)
I never tried this, I hope someone can provide info from experience :) Ive found a third way!
- using the method with the buttons!
But I must admit I havent understood how it works so far... Buttons ishow old teddies were jointed. I have used the second method using yarn and going around at least 4 times.
