Very Confused

Is there any way to just purchase them without having to figure out how to earn things and download the pattern using the required software? Thanks.
It takes some time to build up gold coins but goes by fast I think. Also, do all the tasks you can under my center. Good luck:) Take your time, its easier to earn gold coins as you might think. You can get them once per hour, by being active in the threads, looking for red envelopes... This can be confusing but read through all the instructions and you will get there :) Its really not that hard to earn coins but it does take some time, especially if people as 100 GC for a pattern.You receive 50 GC for logging in every day.Complete your hourly task and youll receive GC every hour for doing it.If you comment on patterns people post youll earn 5 GC (there is a waiting period between posts - perhaps 30 seconds or you wont get the 5 GC).They charge an additional 30 GC (the site owner does this) for each download so for a 100 GC pattern you actually need 130 GC.One of the main points of this forum IMHO is interaction so they encourage you to complete tasks.Considering they have many things you just cant find anywhere else its worth the time for me to do the tasks. Technically you can buy gold coins (the currency the forum uses) with real money, using PayPal if Im correct. The link goes to some Chinese exchange site, so make of that what you will.
As for software needed, majority of patterns in cross stitch section is in .pdf format, so youll just need a program that allows you to open such files. Adobe Acrobat is the best, imho. There are also patterns converted specifically to use with cross stitch software and they are for examplein .xsd format. You can find them in sub forum "Cross Stitch Patterns Repaint".
