First welcome on this site Aleniy, I hope you have a lot of fun here, look around, :) Then your question, its giftcard for on your space, you can give other members some coins a present you deside how much. To find in Center right corner above. I would wait till you reach the next level Dyi.1, because you are just in the beginning of level Dyi.0 and you must earn first some coins.
Give replys in every dairy, also patterns, do the hour task to find in Center, post some work, login every day= 50 coins.
If you do this, on this way you can reach the next level. Look at my space, there is a giftcard pick these coins once a day. :)
