I think maybe this doesn't apply to level 0, which is what I believe I am, but good to know for later!

Underneath every post you can see this. See screenshot.
Click on rate.
You are level 3.
You can give 10 members 3 pin as rate.
Or 30 members 1 pin as rate.
Or how much you want to give.
But not more than 3 pin per post.
Next Level you have 40 pin to give. But maximum 4 pin per post.
Once your 30 pin is given, you have to wait 24 hours to get new pin to give away.
You can not give pin to your own posts.
