The shawl features a very simple construction using an easily memorized 12 row repeat. It starts with a focus on the neutral yarn and a simple slip stitch technique creates highlighted rows of textured coloured bubbles. The effect is then reversed by making the variegated yarn the star. This shawl is knit in sport weight yarn making it that little bit cosier for those colder days, as well as being faster to knit! But you can use sock or DK weights and just adjust the number of repeats you make!
