Login problem lost authentication

Can someone please help lost my authentication because of new phone. Now I cant go into my normal account. Please help.

Hello I cant login anymore because I cant use authenticator anymore because of a new phone.
Moderator pitussa said to send a email to @Turquoise but i don’t know how to do that because here I’m level 0.So I cant send pm. So what to do now?
