difference between level 2 and level 3


Is there a difference between level 2 and level 3?
As I understand there are no difference!!
And from what level can I make a photo album on my profile?
As I search around there are a lot of possibilities but I found nowhere when the got open...
if I take a look on the different levels, after 2 until 7 its almost completely the same?

You can check out the difference by going to Settings --> User group, and compare you own group to other user groups by then chose the different user groups from where it says "Recommended user groups" in black lettering.

Im not sure at which level you can create albums, but if you click on your own user-ID at the top of the screen, youll see what you can do with your profile.
I should add - which is why Im editing my post - that once one is at level 2, one has access to all patterns. This is because it is not allowed to set a reading permit above level 2.

Hakemieke, you didnt put a read permission on your post from what I can tell. I think DMCrafters reply was generic (just a comment on why some members chose to set a reading permission when they upload patterns)

For those wondering: A reading permit is set my the uploader. Uploaders may set a read permit to encourage others to join in sharing.
