Pet owners

Dear all pet owners how do you deal with getting pet hair out of/off your projects?

Just give in and accept the pet glitter

put on a latex glove, wet it under running water then rub over project, picks up cat hair better then a lint roller

keep pets away lol or a lint roller is probably best :)

I use lint brushes, the ones with the rubber a lot and always keep the lint roller (sticky tape) close at hand. I also keep some of their toys around when I am stitching so I can give them something to play with. Then they are still staying close to me but are doing their own thing and not furring-up my stuff ;P It does help.

I choose a project of a different color than my animal.
I keep my work in a cotton bag.
I dress light-colored cotton clothes (or a large mens t-shirt) when I stitching, in which I never play with my pet.

Don’t have a pet any longer. But when we did, he was not a shedding dog. He was a haired dog, who had to be groomed, or his hair would grow to the floor. I guess I would try to keep my pet away from my work?

With a sticky roller, works perfect.
