What is "Recommend Value 21 21" etc

What is "Recommend Value 21 21" or "33 33" etc?
I read that on some icon on some threads.
Curious.

I see: it says "recommend 24 24" if PindiyLike=24 and 10 users Like

If I click "Like" (11 users Like) -> PindiyLike increases by 9 and the "icon" says "recommend 33 33"

Because "PindiyLike" isnt a multiple of 9, then probably users of different levels make different contributions.

P.S. Thanks for the question, I didnt notice these icons.

Many threads have Recommend posts. Did you mean that?
But I didnt notice "Value 21 21" or "33 33" icons. :(

just this icon http://img.pindiy.com/static/image/common/recommend_1.gif   next to thread title when you go near it with mouse it says "recommend 24 24" etc
