Rice and Flax seed heating pack

I make these for my friends and family.You heat in the microwave to put on your aches and pains.All cotton fabric and thread, so not to melt from heat.

This is a larger one, sewn from 3 pieces of fabric because I had cut it to make small ones and was request to make it larger.

It is filled with regular cooking rice (uncooked of course) and flax seeds.They can also be filled with added dried lavender and some people like to put scents in, but I do not like them to be fragraced.

I really like your fabric.I sometimes put a piece of a cinnamon stick in mine, makes it smell really nice
