Could it be the size of the gif?   Im sure there are instructions on the forum as to what size and type they should be.

I have problems with the size of mine but haven’t gotten around to changing it from upload but someone suggested trying to do it on the computer rather than on tablet or phone

Same happened to me. It sometimes takes a day or 2 to come through. Just remember if you clicked the right button or the left and wait a day or 2....
