Report a problem if you want it solved
If anyone encounters a problem with any pattern, please do not leave a comment on the post but report the thread.Comments or replies left in threads do not fix the problem very often. It is only by reporting, that action will be taken.
There are two ways to report:
There is a report button in the bottom right corner of every reply of every post. Click on that and explain what the problem is by writing it in the window.

Use this to report things like duplicate replies or you are having problems downloading attachments.
There is also a thread dedicated to reporting threads here:

This is to be used for problems like
Duplicate patterns
incomplete patterns
illegible patterns
Wrong or incomplete titles
You can also PM a moderator to help you with any problems you want investigated and solved.
