Why is it totally impossible to post a new thread???

Hi,
Why is it suddenly IMPOSSIBLE!!! to post a new thread? Isnt the sole reason this site exists?

Please put out instructions, I hade to post a pattern as "resource" and cannot even open it myself. This site will die out if no new material can be added.

There was an instruction for a while, but it has been recycled.

We changed uploading a long time ago. There are so many new uploads here that uploading certainly is possible.
