Troubles getting pattern from download, please help

Ive payed for the pattern 20 and paid for attachment 30 still did get my pattern. I tried to use f5 to down load still nothing never ever had a problem ever before. even went and tried from my iBook and that didnt work . This has happened to quite a few patterns losing money and not getting the pattern can be very frustrating please help me, thanks in advance

Chrome has been giving some members issues with downloading. Try another browser to see if that helps. I use Opera and it works fine.

Try opening it in another browser instead of Chrome

Btw, you dont loose the money, you can download any time you needed it.

I had same issues and click again nd I downloaded the file without issues.


I downloaded the file in the xomputer and in the mobile.

Having the same problem today! Last time I paid for something I had the same trouble and after MANY times clicking on thedownload it succeed. Pretty frustarting
