Hel please. Pattern buyed, no download

I have purchased a patter, paid 100 golden points, but doesnt even start the download. Ive watched on iBook section and isnt even in there. If I look on my Credit Points, it result buyed but I cant find it anywhere. I use Edge on my PC. Thanks in advance for help

Hellow, for me this soluction is click right button, and open link new Window. Repeat twice times, and the archive is downloades!

Or, the other people say change your navigator for Edge.

@BarbaPippi You need to click 2 times. The first click - you pay for the pattern and the second click is for downloading. After the file is downloaded you are charged 30 coins more (sometimes 199 coins for repaint cross stitch patterns). You have paid for the pattern, but it is not downloaded, so you cannot see it in iBooks. Please find this pattern by the name or author and click one more time - it should charge you only for downloading.
