Bypassing avatar task

I am trying to do all the tasks to earn credits, but as I have learned, the avatar option doesnt work. And because of that, I cant advance forward in the email task. Is there a work around I can do? Also the youtube task isnt working either.

The avatar task is not working, no one can do it!
The admins already notifyed us about that.
About the other tasks i cant help you!
