Looking for Crochet Hair Ties

I have had requests for these sprial hair ties but have had no luck in hunting down any patterns in English.I can offer a Bounty(s) once I know what I am looking for :-)Maybe a traslation of patterns is needed.
I know how to crochet and know how to do sprials.

What I dont know is:

1. Material to use - maybe Pearlized Cotton (DK)?I think yarn/wool would get tangled in hair and pull hair out? Or hair would get entangled in yarn/wool.

2. How to attach twirls to elastic band.Do you crochet to elastic band or do the twirls separately? If you attach sperately how do you get a neat bunch - if you add twirls next to each other it would make it bulky.Looking for it looks like it comes from one join.

Thanks for looking!

I find this one wrong, its yarn. sprial is to short and thick and the join to band is bulky!

I found this tutorial on YouTube: youtube.com/watch?v=karsYsZjabU
Hook is maximum 2 mm big I guess.
Thread: Lace weight.
To avoid bulkyness: No leaves under the central flower, do a few chain stitches first.
Then a bit lower: add the little leaves on your chain.

Tip:
To add some weight (and sparkle) to each tassel-tail if you wish: include a glass seed bead.
With really fine lace weight tassels it helps them to stay detangled.
