Question on Free or not free!

This says free in the title, but when you go to it, the cost is 50

When a pattern is marked free, it means that it can be downloaded for free from the designer or a representative of the designer on another website.
Free also means that the pattern can be downloaded directly without creating an account or providing an email address.

Free patterns cannot be more than 10 coins above the normal cost of 30 coins per attachment on this site.Any free pattern that is marked above 10 coins should be reported here:
