Hi, I cant download these files... Ive tried it in three different browsers Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Brave and its not possible in any... can you help me? Thank you so much.

I was able to download simply chic just fine and I’m using Safari on my iPad

I dont think a browser issue. I just installed Opera (and with that there are 4 browsers) and it still cant download the file... it looks for the file (loading) but its like it cant find it
