Your time zone is different from the forum time zone. Youll be able to send the message. Just be patient. Anyway, if you really need to send a PM but cant, click on the Send Greeting button and write a very short message there. If you are using the send PM button below the avatar on any page it is disabled. Try to send a PM via a members space page using the send message link there. This gets round the ability to send a message without the error message. We can no longer use the Send PM message button because of url and that we are not allowed to send it. Are you sure you havent sent any private messages for a day or a few days yet?
Once every 24 hours, you can send a one PM (it will be more for DIV. 2).
The message should not contain links.
P.S. Perhaps the rules have changed and sending private messages is not possible for DIV.1 (as well as for DIV.0)?
