Hoodie Shawl Cardigan-Susanne Sommer
Edited by anniekins at 2022-1-24 08:09There is so much potential in the construction of a top-down triangular shawl – it doesn’t always have to end up being a shawl! In this pattern what starts just like a shawl ends up being a hooded raglan cardigan. The striped shawl section and the hood are knit in garter stitch. The body is worked on the bias to reflect the shawl shaping and add a little interest to the otherwise plain stockinette stitch. The hem is knit in reverse stockinette for some extra texture. The fitted sleeves are worked in stockinette with a striped garter cuff. The entire cardigan is surrounded by a garter stitch border with an i-cord bind-off for a smooth and finished look. The instructions are for a three-color version, but you can also use only one or two colors – there is still plenty of contrast from the different textures & the unusual shaping!. Thank you very much! Thank you very much! This is so lovely but gorgeous. интересный Thank you for sharing Thank you for sharing! It's very beautiful Thank you very much.
