A work in progress: working on turning chains!

Edited by qle at 2022-1-22 18:26

The yarn is light fingering so I have used it doubled, with a 4.0mm crochet hook.
This piece measures 32 cm wide and 38 cm long for the moment.

Its a simple work begins with backloop hdc stitches that give the piece a ribbed texture.
Im just working on getting a perfect border, a very right edge.... Starting with 2ch, BLO hdc
in the same stitch and counting BLO hdc 50 until the turning ch over again.
That the idea of turning chains, right? ...to help keep our edges super neat and straight.
Not much certain yet what it is finally going to be, if either an infinity scarf or a shawl ...We shall see!
