How to download

I have collected enough coins and clicked on the PDF icon, and then on PAID ATTACHMENT and only thing that happened is that the picture opened in new tab. I lost coins, but didnt get the pattern. Any help? I am new here.

You click on the file once to pay for it, and then you need to click on the file again to download it (it will cost you 30 GC, download fee). Good luck!

so if you have already paid for items in your ibooks and you lose the download item and want to download again it will cost you again to download?If that is true no wonder I lost a lot of points.   My entire chrome book crashed and I lost everything, family photos, patterns, taxes, etc.lesson learned about bak ups.
