Cannot receive app task reward?
Hi! I apologize if this is very simple to fix or if I may be overlooking something, but for some reason I cannot receive the reward for watching the ads on the Dchat app? I followed the instructions; enter my password and watch every video, but it seems the progress and reward will not sync to my account. I would greatly appreciate any advice on this! Thats what I was trying to do. Id apply for the reward, go watch all the ads but then it wasnt showing that Id completed any of the tasks in the task percentage completed bar, so I couldnt get the 500 reward.
Before heading to bed I actually tried it again. I checked that the app tasks were available again, canceled the reward, reapplied the reward application, watched all the ads and all of a sudden it worked this time. Im not sure what made it not work before, as I did it the same way as before, but it went through this time. I have the same problem... i will try to do like Caro1970 is suggesting. And at the end of the day at 17:00 hour i go to my center and task,and then complete the apptask. So for me,at the end of the day i get my 500 coins. Ive been having the same issue and mentioned it here and its apparently been put forward to the technical team to have a look. I was have issues one a week but its been constant lately. Hopefully theyll get it sorted soon for everyone. I tried it many times logging in and out, cancelling the task and trying again and across different devices but it never worked so theres definitely an issue but it just seems to affect some people and not others. Sorry I cant be of any help :) Is it the same issue like Im having? I did all the app tasks {signed in the same way I sign in on my laptop} and I earn coins in the app yet in my account on site it doesnt show that Ive completed any tasks, as well as no coins. Then I tried signing out of the app to immediately sign back in and its all restarted, like back to 0 coins and all the tasks are available again. I dont seem to be getting coins for watching the seperate videos, but if you spply for the daily 500 coins reward I do always get this sfter watching all the videos! Not sure if this is helpful but thought Id share :)
