I had the same as you. The problem was that i put my settings wrong.
I closed all the email options.
So i think you did the same.
Go to settings - mail notifier and look at your email settings.
All the system allerts should be opened.
If not,you are not getting your 2000 coins this year.
Sorry for you,but as i say,i had the same. I didnt het my coins this time.
