Help! Please :) Uploading issues.

Hi, im trying to upload some patterns but everytime i try to add the image or attachment the upload box isnt appearing. Any ideas what i am doing wrong please??? Many thanks for any help :)

I am having more luck with chrome but still having issues and safari is even worse.

I use firefox and have no issues.
Id try deleting the cache from your browsers

Thank you for trying to help, I have already cleared my cache, cookies, history and still having the same problem. I am having better luck with chrome but safari is a not letting me to do it at all really.
