Birthday Coins email not received

Hi,
little late but just noticed I was supposed to receive an email for Birthday coins, have checked my email and nothing.I found another thread regarding others having same issue but not able to post there.
I have gone into Settings and Mail Notifier and I think everything is how it should be.

not sure if the email can be reshared?

Just checked in my Settings - My Credits - Points Log - Operation:Says Free Gift, Points Change:says +2,000, Details:says access to space to receive give --- does this mean that I received the 2,000 coins?   no email received though

Did you put the sites email addresses ([email protected] [email protected]) on your whitelist? If not its very possible that the email is either in your spam folder, or the server blocked it altogether.

I didnt realize we got a bonus on our birthday! Mines in August so Ill have to check - pleasant surprise :-)

whitelist?   have not seen that term used here before, what is it?

I have PIN DIY added to my address list....I have had them reply back to me before

Your email client, what you use to read your email. You need to check in spam, and if its in spam you need to whitelist those emails (thats the system email address) so that it never falls in spam again https:// clean.email/blog/email-security/how-to-whitelist-an-email

so, add to my contact list?   I already have "[email protected]" in my contact list....is this the right address for them?
