Willow - Marie Wallin - Windwept

Willow’ from ‘Windswept’ is a great design for those inexperienced in Fairisle knitting. The Fairisle bands are small and simple with sections of stocking stitch in between.The yardage quoted is based on size SMALL.
The colours in Rowan Felted Tweed Aran needed to knit ‘WILLOW’ are as follows, the actual weight used is in brackets (5% has been added to my usage):
SIZE SMALL
Garden 740 - 8 x 50gm balls (wt - 392g)
Mahogany 734 - 1 x 50gm ball (wt - 14g)
Cork 721 - 2 x 50gm balls (wt - 69g)
Pebble 720 - 1 x 50gm ball (wt - 43g)

Yarn weight: Aran
Gauge: 18.5 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinkette
Needle Sizes:

US 6- 4.0 mm
US 7- 4.5 mm
US 8- 5.0 mm

Yardage: 937 - 984 yards (857 - 900 m)

Sizes: S (32-34 ins), M (36-38 ins), L (40-42 ins), XL (44-46 ins), XXL (48-50 ins)


Bottom up, stranded and worked flat with seams.


Clarification of any fuzziness in the scan:
On page 2, right side, under Shape Shoulder:
On the first line, the last word is "then"
On the last line, the last word is "rows."

Under "All Sizes" on the third line, the last word is "end."

Under "MAKING UP," on the second line, the last word is "preferred."

Under "Collar," on the first line, the last word is "and."
On the second line, the last word is "on."

Under "Armhole borders (both alike)" on the fourth line, the last word is "between."
