The Easter egg is from MP studia (you can see the xb on the pattern, which is a common motif they use) a Russian company founded in 2005 with many many patterns.

I found a thread of information on a stitch (dot) su thread in 2016. A staff member of 7 petel posted that this wreath pattern is a "free gift" if you make a purchase. They referred to it as "Пасхальный венок"

As for the egg, I found one nearly identical on 7petel by chance actually, when I was searching. It is a kit for plastic canvas by Овен (Aries). It includes floss and the plastic canvas.
