i need help

i have been trying to post and everything is going to recycle bin...will a moderator get ahold of me and walk me thru this as i read the info....call me stupid but i do not get it....i have tryto message moderator and i cant even do that....i am fairly new to this stuff i am old...and just do not understand so PLEASE HELP ME
