Help figuring out DMC colours, please

I wanted to draw up a pattern in Pattern Maker, but I am a bit stumped at some of the colours codes/numbers given in the printed chart, as I do not recognise them as DMC colour codes. Could someone help me out with

For drawing patterns where new DMC colours are not available in the program, thread-bare.com has a closest match to existing threads in Tools. This is useful for to see what the pattern roughly looks like.
