Looks delicious!Ive tried sourdough many times but always have trouble keeping the starter going.

Thank you. I follow the method by Elaine Boddy, she has some books and a website too. So the starter is stored in the fridge and only fed the morning of making the dough or the night before. Much easier than other methods Ive seen
