Dchat help please, new phone wont log in.

Hi everyone, I got a new phone and downloaded the app for the app task but it wont let me sign in. I am using my user name and password with pindiy and I do get a messege but its in chinese so I have no idea what it says. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still wont let me sign in. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Thanks for any help anyone can provide and have a wonderful day.

That is weird because I literally used it every day up until the day I got my new phone (yesterday) and it worked fine.:(

I have the same problem literally until yesterday, I went there every day without any problems, completed tasks and received 500 coins, and then everything hung up and I decided to re-visit and now I cant enter there
