Even when i have given permission to all of the above (and everything else which google chrome) i still have the loading icon and the site has the not secure symbol. I can work around not being able to download/favorite by opening up a new tab but it takes a lil more time.
The right click open in new tab works for me, I dont like giving sites full permission for everything so Im good having to get things with this way if the issue doesnt get resolved.

I use Chrome and what works for me is to refresh (use F5 on your keyboard or the circle next to the address bar) the page after buying the pattern. It downloads right away.
