tired of granny squares
this is a post for my fellow crocheters..do you guys ever get sick of granny squares after finishing a project that requires so MANY of them. After doing about 40 I cant look at one anymore without feeling pure hatred hahah and I see so many on this forum that are so beautiful but I really need to stay away for a while. Does this ever happen to you? The colour changes and all the loose strings drive me crazy and I just wanted a little tank top for the beach. Picture below so you know what I mean. Maybe its just me with my very limited patience but I have to make one of these again Ill lose my sanity But all your work is worth it! Its very beautiful!! Absolutely, and not just with granny squares. Im currently working on an octopus, and I am SO sick of crocheting tentacles! I usually have a back up "I cant do this anymore" side project, as I usually need a break from projects that can get boring!But be careful, you can end up with so many new projects and not finishing anything! :lol
