You can look for micro crochet in general, but I really love the patterns by NanysOops (Anastasia Kirs). They are very cute! Lots of little creatures like a dragon, bunny, koala, red panda and much more (^-^)

You can crochet almost everything with thin yarn. But its the easiest to try something not that experienced. Ive made a mouse and a bear with thick sewing thread :)

Maybe you could make some kind of applique. They dont usually need much yarn. You can even make some earrings out of the applique
