HELP Please

For some reason patterns wont download, they downloaded before but now they wont. What would be the best way to solve this, thanks.

Are you getting any error message? One time I couldnt download and it was because the hard drive where I saved things was full.

refresh the page after purchase and then download.

I had this problem too.
What fixed this on my end is that I hold the shift key when clicking on the link to force it to open a new window.
If the file still wont download automatically, I refresh the page. Then it works.

It has been said but just wanted to emphasize that. Hit refresh after buying a pattern but before downloading it.
Solves the problem each time :-)
